When we refer to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Forever Vow Studios and KateDesignedIt Ltd.

When you purchase a package — your name, email address, and payment details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details directly — these are handled by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy policy.

When you contact us — your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your message.

When you submit your wedding website checklist — your names, wedding date, event details, guest information, and any photos or personal content you send us to include in your site.

When your guests use your RSVP form — guest names, attendance confirmations, dietary requirements, and any other information submitted through the RSVP form on your wedding website. This information is stored in your couple-only tracking dashboard and is visible only to you.

When you visit our website — we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools. See the Cookies section below for more detail.

We use your personal information to:

• Process your order and deliver the service you have purchased
• Communicate with you about your project, including sending your checklist, providing updates, and delivering your completed website
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Respond to enquiries you send us
• Feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, where you have given permission (see Portfolio Usage below)
• Improve our website and services through anonymised analytics data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract — processing your order and delivering your service

• Order and payment records are kept for six years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements
• Project files and correspondence are kept for two years after your project is completed, after which they are securely deleted
• RSVP data collected through your wedding website is retained until you request deletion or your subscription ends

By purchasing a package from Forever Vow Studios, you grant us permission to feature your completed wedding website, digital invitations, or menus in our portfolio and across our marketing materials, including social media. We will never share your personal details such as your full name, address, or contact information publicly without your explicit consent. If you would prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before your project goes live and we will honour that request.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records
• Restrict or object to how we process your data in certain circumstances
• Portability — receive a copy of your data in a commonly used format
• Withdraw consent at any time where we are processing data based on consent
