Delivery
Wedding websites: 14 working days from your completed checklist. Invitations & menus: 10 working days from your completed brief. Pre-set logos: 5 working days from your information.
Your information
Send your details within 7 days of payment (let us know if you need more time). No response within 14 days pauses your project and rebooks it into our next slot.
Scope
Your project covers exactly what you selected at checkout — anything extra is quoted separately.
Revisions
3 rounds included. Send all feedback per round in one message — split feedback counts as extra rounds. Extra rounds: £20 each. Pre-set logos: colour and name order only; layout and font are fixed.
Once approved
Changes after sign-off or go-live: £20 per round.
Payment
Full payment upfront. Non-refundable once work has started. Cancelling before we start? Let us know right away.
Portfolio
We may feature your project in our portfolio/socials — let us know if you'd prefer to stay private.
Self-edit product
You personalise your template in Canva (free account required) — we don't edit these for you.
Non-refundable
All sales final once your Canva link is sent.

N/A — self-edited by you.

Printing is available on request — please email us.
